I'm a superannuitant and had a sudden flat tyre on the motorway. As an AA member I'm on the phone trying to explain where I am to an AI Chat bot that can't understand so puts me on hold. Waiting 🎶 waiting ... then Mike from Coast Towing & Recovery pulls up behind me and offers to help. He talked to AA, he changed my wheel to the spare and advised me what to do next. Mike is a legend. Came in 3:30 am, at very short notice and got his clothes wet to rescue my car from the tide that was closing in on it. Knew exactly what to do and got the job done

My car broke down on the northern Gateway heading towards Warkworth just passed the tunnel. I had to pull the side of the motorway and Car would not start. Mike said he would be about 10 to 15 minutes and he was with me in that time he loaded my car very safely onto the back of his truck and drove me and my broken down vehicle Home and was able to navigate my tight driveway. I would Certainly recommend Coast towing and recovery to anyone

Was waiting for almost 3 hours for AA to show up, Jacob was driving in the opposite direction in the mwy and came to see if I needed help, in less than 5 minutes he already had my ute on the tow truck. Very professional and reasonable prices.

10/10 Service ⭐️ Niece broke down on the motorway on (Labour Day) a public holiday. Gave Mike from Coast Towing and Recovery Limited a call. He came to the rescue. Communication with Mike was top. You were always in the know of every step of the Recovery. He arrived quickly and had my vehicle safely off the motorway and to his yard within an hour. This tow company was great! They not only had great communication but were super sympathetic towards our situation and approach their tows with a costumer in mind approach. They don’t scam and try to get money because you’re in a poor position. Reach out to this company if you’re looking for some assistance, and be kind to the amazing employees.

Called through this evening 6pm on a Thursday and got through to Mike. He was amazing, gave us a fast quote and a great price and I felt so reassured and not ripped off. He said one of the guys would be there asap. We broke down on the motorway on ramp and Jacob had our car home within an hour and a bit of us placing the call and they were coming from a distance. Jacob was so kind to our 7yr old and I’ve never smiled so much having getting a car towed. Will be highly recommending.

My classic car broke down in an awkward one way street on a step hill with heaps of corners. I called Mike from Coast Towing & Recovery and they instantly picked up. After insuring me that everything will be okay, with an estimate time of recovery I felt at ease. In short time my car was returned safely in my drive way. Good service, clear instructions, quick and efficient, reliable and safe! I hope my car doesn’t break down again but if it ever does I’ll be calling Coast Towing! Thank you so much for your help.

On a sunny Sunday afternoon north of Auckland I had the misfortune to get a flat tire on a busy motorway. With no spare and not able to fix the tire things looked pretty bad. Along came Mike from Coast Towing with his tow truck and literally saved the day by towing us to a safe location to get the tire repaired. Mike was so helpful and stopped to help us as he was heading that way. A great guy and saved me and my daughter from a long wait in the hot sun. Highly recommend these guys and put their number in your phone for if and when this happens to you. Big thanks to Mike
